Adobe Photoshop 7.0 Update is the update you need to go from version 7.0 to 7.0.1 in your Adobe Photoshop photo editor program. For the most part, the most significant changes in this update are bug fixes, including the following changes:

- Saves alpha transparency in Targa files.
- If the color is deselected, it doesn’t ask you if you want to save changes anymore.
- The color of the white areas in CMYK files are now saved as jpeg files.
- Now any tiff files with lzw compression can be saved correctly.
- The favorites have been fixed and now work perfectly again.
- The program won’t freeze when you apply KPT3 filters anymore.
- Adobe Photoshop 7.0.1 offers better compatibility with older PCs that are using Intel Pentium III.
- The problem with files saved in older versions of Photoshop, and then opened using Photoshop 7.0, has been fixed.
- The color packet doesn’t get blocked when it finds an incorrect file type while using layers anymore.
